Kalman Lee makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, for the goods it is providing. We try to get your T-shirts to you as quickly as is possible.
This website contains material which is owned or licensed to Kalman Lee. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or contracts and shall prevail over any terms which may be offered by you. Ordering of goods by you from Kalman Lee constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Returns ⁄ Exchanges
Kalman Lee is committed to providing the best customer service available. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the T-shirt(s) for an exchange, refund or credit.
Please complete the form on the reverse of the invoice and send the form with your unworn T–shirt(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt to:

Please note: Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange goods which have been stained by make–up, deodorant or perfumes whilst being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt. Items must be returned in a saleable condition.
We do not refund delivery costs unless an incorrect or faulty item was sent.
Refunds will only be made if items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement as the length of time refunds take varies depending on the card issuer.
Privacy Policy
We respect your right to privacy. Kalman Lee only collects the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address and billing address. Kalman Lee does not store your debit or credit card information.
Kalman Lee will not distribute, rent or sell your name or personal information to any third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
Kalman Lee reserves the right to change this policy at any time by updating this page. Please check this page from time to time to ensure you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 13th October 2008.
